#integration with Xero

Added 3 years ago

QuickFee, announced a new integration Monday (Aug. 16) with the cloud-based accounting software company Xero.

The two companies say the move will make it easier for accountants to accept online payments — including credit cards, ACH/EFT and payment plans — from one place, helping solve accounting industry workflow challenges.

Customers will be able to click a link on their invoice and pay from their phone, browser or tablet, removing data entry work from both sides of the equation.

"Time and again, we hear from accounting firms and partners about two common challenges: The need to get paid on time while remaining empathetic to a client's cash flow circumstances, and the need to cut down on manual data entry tasks for busy staff members," Bruce Coombes, managing director of QuickFee Australia, said in an emailed news release.

"With the Xero integration, QuickFee solves both these challenges and delivers a true end-to-end payment experience, just as we have done over recent months for other clients in Australia such as GreatSoft."

#Interview -product offerings

I found this a good interview with company management where they articulate their different payment solutions and the cost/ benefits to customers.

https:/www.summitcpa.net/en/cfo-community/quickfee

Quickfee seems to have good customer satisfaction and retention rates with the most recent update also showing strong Merchant growth rates (up 51% FY21) in the US and moderate-flat (up 4% FY21) in Australia which is a more mature market.
When I look at any company I always like to try to understand why customers would choose that companies product over other competitors offerings.
I am hoping to dig a bit deeper into competitors offerings and would love to get the thoughts/feedback from any other strawman members that may have been using Quickfee payment solutions or other competitors solutions. Cheers :)

#Change in substantial holding

TIGA (Thorney investment group) have increased there holding from 12.75% to 14.08%

Interesting they have been accumulating at these lows. No investor gets it right all the time but Alex Waislitz does seem to have a very good track record of picking and accumulating small and microcap winners.
