What do they do
Quickfee allows professional service firms to get paid more quickly, manage debtors, and increase revenue. They provide digital payment solutions with options such as short term loan, medium term loan, and pay in installments. Quickfee’s largest opportunity is in the US where they substitute the widely used, slow / expensive / error prone cheque payment systems. Growth in Australia will be very different as digital payment systems are already widespread.

 

Show me the money
Professional services firms pay zero dollars to use Quickfee. Quickfee makes their money from the interest on short term unsecured loans (made to the clients of professional service firms). If a client fails to pay a Quickfee loan, the professional services firm pays off any remaining principal. So it is a secured unsecured loan. ;-)

 

Lower share price

People may believe that business performance in Australia is a good leading indicator for business in the US. Due to recent performance in Australia, this would lead to a reduced share price. The US is very different and a much better opportunity.


When people have more money they are less likely to borrow.
