Technical analysis review, stock broke out of a down trend after breaking out of an inverted head and shoulder pattern by breaking above 10c on the 27th Oct 2019 (weekly chart). Trend is now up.

Following breakout there has been a pullback and then a consolidation phase, and price action appears to be indicating preparation for the next move (rounding bottom).  During this phase OBV has been indicating accumulation as per chart.

Entered .13 as a longer term trade / investment, .20 would be an obvious short term target for those with a shorter term view.  .39 is all time high back in 2015.

Stop loss could be a break below the diagonal support line of the ascending triangle.
