A bidding war between Busy Bees Early Learning Pty ltd and Alcean Private equity has seemingly ended where Busy Bees revised their offer to $3.2 a share to buy 100% of the company (up from $2.10 per share). 

Seems we missed the boat.

Making a note to make this my first company deep dive.

Earnings grew by 257% last year, 22 million cash on balance sheet, 100% franked dividend.

On first glance appears to be cash flow positive with the company making acquisitions.

Definitely one to look in to!
