An interesting REIT came across my desk listed 8th March 2022 issue price $1.38.

• Invests in student housing near large universities in USA
• Investment is managed by Auctus Investment Group (ACV) (who is a 5.4% shareholder and whom incidentally gets a fee 0.6%)
• Quarterly distributions expected to be >6%pa
• Debt on 6 assets locked in at 3.99% fixed for 10yrs
• Quoted from asx announcement "On track to deliver significant annual rental increases on current pre-leasing for 22/23 academic year"

I've never heard of such a REIT before. Definitely a sector play and definitely different to the normal industrial/commercial/retail ones.

I don't know anything about this. Would be happy to hear thoughts.
