I like to keep a very narrow focus on assets that I have a comprehensive understanding of. This means I tend to gravitate towards securities that are backed by hard assets as they generally have less moving parts. I hope to prove that even the most unconventional and boring strategies can outperform professional fund managers on a risk adjusted basis.
