Customer viewpoint: I recently purchased a new battery for a car I don't use nearly as often as I should. Same week I had to replace a motorcycle tyre so go figure.

Anyway, I received an email today saying there is a promo on batteries and since there was a price reduction, I now have a credit on my 'account' for the difference.

Very pleasant. I will be going back to spend that and likely more!
