Wow! This has become wealth transfer machine from shareholders to employees.

Management decision not to reduce staff cost even after delayed contracts is costing balance sheet and shareholders.

I’m all for rewarding employees handsomely, BUT the commensurate runs on the board need to be there too.

@Valueinvestor0909 I think that is the corollary of the theory "Costs rise steadily and predictably, while revenues fluctuate up and down." Or perhaps it is the mechanics of the wealth transfer mechanism.
