From my reading the Cobra results mention detecting smaller lesions that were not found in the standard of care. Clarity doesn't know if they are false positives or not and hence requires changes for next trial for this to further validate.

So it's hard to say at this stage if that could be a positive or negative. I would be really careful to draw any conclusions on this among other things from the trial based on the statement from Wilsons
