@edgescape, that is what I thought when I saw that notice, but after @Bear77 's insights on how these notices work and all its uncertainty, I didn't want to conclude that!

@edgescape @jcmleng it could also be that Merrick Capital who Regal just acquired had a small holding in some of their funds (although haven’t read the whole disclosure to check) https://regalpartners.com/pm-capital-acquisition-2/

I don’t think RPL is one of those entities like the Super Funds who allow member choice of investments.
