Certainly not a bad business when it can deliver 31% increase in net profits during a 6mth period where Sydney and Melb have been in and out of covid lockdown.

Interesting features being offered overseas but not yet here in Aust website:

• Sales Lead generation platform for sales agents
• Loans (bought Mortgage choice last yr - integration happening)

ASX Announcement 6 August 2021 - REA Group delivers exceptional FY21 result

• Revenue of $928m, up 13%

• EBITDA including associates of $565m, up 19%

• Net Profit of $318m, up 18%

• EPS of 247 cents, up 21%

• Full year dividend of 131 cents per share, up 19%

Don't know why the market is punishing REA.  It's revenue grew during COVID... even with Melb lockdowns.

Time to buy.

Update:  Fell over 5% today.  Definitely time to buy.... and hold.
