Its not often you find a microcap which looks to have a real competitive advantage. 

- SCL is a recruitment platform similar to seek but specilizing in the recruitment of international teachers. They have the most international schools and teachers compared to any other platform. 

- Revenue growth of 33% over last year for the recent Q3 result, total revenue up 41% in the 9 months. Just about to go into their peak sellling period.

- If they can add another 100 schools over the following year, ARR should increase to over $5.5m. They have around 360 schools at present but have a target market of 4000. Huge growth potential and added revenue from here should drop to the bottom line as costs are relatively fixed.

- Launched Scrole Verify which screens candidates including police checks etc. This adds to their comptitive advantage and earning potential. Its also extremely improtant as this is something that needs great attention to detail in the teacher space, more so than other professions. 

- Scrole cover is an app they offer to cover teachers who may not be able to work at short notice

- Trading at just 2x forward revenue compared to RCL at 7x and CV1 at 4x. Very undervalued with great growth potenential
