Was just looking through WAM Microcaps top 20 holdings and was thinking TUA might be interesting. Only did some very basic reseach (partly because of limited info available on the company and partly because I'm a novice/learning investor). I did like some things I read though.
- David Teoh, who was a founder of TPG, is Executive Director of the company. Teoh seemed to do quite well for TPG (Formerly TPM) shareholders in his time with the company.
- Top 20 shareholders own over 88% of the company, which is quite high. Both WMI and SOL have large positions in the company which is promising.
- Management made some considerable purchases on market at the end of 2020, including David Teoh for over $5 million.
- With a Market Cap of approx $295 million, it seems extremely expensive on face value with minimal revenues reported to date, however subscribers seem to be increasing rapidly.
Would be happy for any feedback as I have learnt much from this fantastic site and its experienced members already.
