David Teoh is a proven performer and my understanding is he now has his original TPG team in TUA.

He left TPG post merger with Vodafone due to differences of opinion for moving forward as I understand.

I suggest that David leading his Team would provide a favourable future for TUA as was the case with TPG.

David is a proven success and I'm not aware of anything that would suggest otherwise.

#SOL owns 25.3% of TUAS

Tuas seems reluctant to post updates. However it may be worth noting that Washington H Sol Pattinson (SOL) holds 25.3% of TUAS and also 12.6% of TPG. It seems SOL management are long term investors in TPG and now its offshoot TUAS in Singapore .

Seems nobody on Strawman has had much to say of TUAS lately but I've noticed a small personal holding gaining 100% within about 8 weeks.

Sold off some as it hit $1.35 to lock in a gain, saw a wobble and now sitting around $1.60

Good results posted recently and this hype came off the back of it but wondering if anybody else has some thoughts as to why it appears to be holding this new price level for now...??

My understanding is that TUA was part of TPG prior to the merger with Vodafone. TUA was dropped by the merger and David Teoh subsequently resigned from the merger and moved himself into TUA. Subsequently, He now has his original team in TUA with him. I anticipate this could lead to reasonable growth as was the case with TPG.

Was just looking through WAM Microcaps top 20 holdings and was thinking TUA might be interesting. Only did some very basic reseach (partly because of limited info available on the company and partly because I'm a novice/learning investor). I did like some things I read though.

- David Teoh, who was a founder of TPG, is Executive Director of the company. Teoh seemed to do quite well for TPG (Formerly TPM) shareholders in his time with the company.

- Top 20 shareholders own over 88% of the company, which is quite high. Both WMI and SOL have large positions in the company which is promising.

- Management made some considerable purchases on market at the end of 2020, including David Teoh for over $5 million.

- With a Market Cap of approx $295 million, it seems extremely expensive on face value with minimal revenues reported to date, however subscribers seem to be increasing rapidly.

Would be happy for any feedback as I have learnt much from this fantastic site and its experienced members already.
