#About to exit my position...

I bought FLT during the COVID dip in April 2020. The thesis was, it had a very strong balance sheet and very strong market share prior to COVID. I thought that a lot of its competitors would disappear and it would emerge stronger (and indeed survive COVID) and achieve some strong market gains (and profits) when things returned to normal. I didn't count on heavily dilutive share issues and convertible notes (that seem to go on forever), holding it back (they're still issuing them as recently as last year!), and whilst the business has recovered, the share price has remained tepid. My return since inception on these shares has been about 2.4% p.a. - backwards in real terms. So it is, I think, time to part company with the company. My only hesitation is that one of its biggest competitors in the corporate segment, CTM is looking very sick indeed. Before I push sell, does anyone have a different view?
