Competition in this space is intense.  The top dog is Zendesk, with Annual revenue of $810 M USD, $142 M in cash, an growing at 40% pa   

I have the following observations comparing Knosys to Zendesk :

1) Zendesk has mobile applications, Knosys doesn't.  this seems a pretty obvious requirement for this type of service.  

2) Zendesk rates appear less expensive than Knoysis.

3) Zendesk appears to have a service with more depth, ease of use, and compatibility.  

It is quesitonable whether Knosys can outcompete Zendesk, among others.  Execution in the long term will be difficult. 

Revenue growth accelerating, and some large customer wins demonstrating marketing success.  Important thing to watch will be customer retention and revenue growth per customer.  

Market cap is around $13M I think it can grow rapidly form her eto a $30 M cap business.
