I'm basing this on a Lithium miner who is in production and selling ore to a market where the price of Lithium US$/t has risen a tad over 300% in the last 10 months

PLS' announcement to finalise the cost of acquiring the Ngungaju Plant by issuing (approx) 32 million shares may well have a negative effect on the share price, if the holders convert that to cash by selling. However the fundementals of PLS remain the same in my view and any downturn should be 'temporary'
