I actually played golf with a guy who works at PLS last week. He really likes working there and is very happy with his employment. This is always a big plus to me, the last thing you want is to be waiting for the Twitter email.
There are some advantages in being in the spodumene space. It's a lot easier and cheaper to get to market and although the prices are a lot lower than say Lithium Hydroxide, the build of the plant for getting there is a major milestone in finance and technicals.
Close to me I have the Covalent and Tianqi plants. They are actually across the road from each other. The technical issues are well known around those connected to the fab works. They will get there but lots of cock ups along the way.
