Apparently in a bid for ex-Virgin Boeing 737s. Could make or break the airline. Post Covid-19 this airline may now be in a favourable position with the right footing for an uptick in the domestic market.

Placing a small order as I see this company has potential.

Although the aviation industry is growing year on year, profits for Rex are declining. Rex has an aging fleet of turbo-prop aircraft which service regional destinations with heated competition. The Saab 340 primarily operates in and out of East coast destinations. Aircraft manufacturers  are developing smaller more efficient jet aircraft with this market in mind. Unfortunately it appears that a company like Rex won't have much of a future in the next generation air traffic network.
