my concern post the results call is that they seem to be losing work with gov/enterprise customers who are high margin in favour of smaller high volume/low margin customers. this was mentioned a couple times.

The CFO doesn't seem awfully confident either which is a red flag

The main positive is their balance sheet which will give them wiggle room if things deteriorate further
