Uniti confirmed a $4.50 per share bid from Morrison & Co. - I personally hope it doesnt go through, I think Uniti is a great investment going forward for years.

Uniti entered into exclusive discussions with HRL Morrison & Co after the fund manager lobbed an indicative $4.50 a share bid at the company. They said the discussions were non-binding, preliminary, highly conditional and uncertain as to an outcome. The company said there was no certainty the indicative proposal would result in an offer to Uniti shareholders.
