I just want to add that I think the pulse and exit surveys that are being developed are extremely exciting and will give them a huge advantage over their competitors. With the great resignation taking place, it is essential that companies ensure they retain great staff. I have no doubt that this will have enormous take up. It is so important, now more than ever, for companies to evaluate whether their staff are engaged and happy in their work environment. As the saying goes "you are only as good as your people". These surveys will be a great way for businesses to find out how their workforce feel about their jobs and hi-light any issues that can then be rectified. A small investment in every organisations most important asset, their people.

Another strong quarter form Xref. North America seems to be taking off, which should hopefully accelerate growth going forward. Investor call tomorrow.
