OUCH 360 dropped around 30% of news that performance shares were issued (376K) without notification to investors. Now its even cheaper. Now possibly a good time to add to holdings?

Seems to also have some issue with Cash burn in Q1 each year due to supplier payments from the Tile acquisition it made during. The Tile side seems also to be a seasonal buisness with high cash outflow as I mentioned in Q1 and high inflow in Q4. The figures are all over the place as there was also substantial one off payments made.
