Request for Trading Halt Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Bapcor Limited (ACN 153 199 912)

(Bapcor) requests the immediate implementation of a trading halt in its ordinary shares (ASX Code: BAP).

Bapcor provides the following information for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

(a) The trading halt is requested pending the release by Bapcor of a trading update and earnings guidance for the current financial period.

(b) Bapcor requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

(i) Bapcor making an announcement to the market regarding the trading update; and

(ii) the commencement of trading on Monday, 20 October 2025.
