Early half years are starting to hit, including the highly frustrating Bailador Tech Investments.
On the one hand you have a private equity company that charges shareholders are very (un)healthy management fee to hold listed investments, one of which is a dud and both of which I could own directly if I so wished and not get fleeced for the privilege for owning.
On the other hand, they keep delivering on almost every metric and paying out ever increasing divis.

If I wanted to be harsh I'd point out that their NTA would actually be down but for their investment in Siteminder. That is, the uplift in NTA from revaluation of unlisted investments is more than offset by the cost of operations and dividend payment. However, it might seem petulant to do so while swimming in the buckets of money they keep delivering so I'll keep those thoughts to myself.
Hold a small position IRL in order to get some exposure to private markets.
