Great write up @Bear77. One thing to keep an eye on is how wage inflation impacts Maders margins. From what I understand they negotiate their contract rates every 6months so could see some short term impacts in this constrained environment. 

I have not followed them closely for a while so not sure how they are doing in the USA/Cad with lockdowns but expect this should provide some decent upside once things open up fully
