MoneyMe raising $20m at $0.50 per new share which represented a 28% discount off closing price on Monday August 29th however the market has understandably been upset with that and prices on market have dropped to similar levels today. (40 million shares)
This price is about 60% lower than their float price in December 2019 and was steadily trading between a $1.50 and $2.00 range for the most part of the last couple of years.
To put it into perspective, I know they only IPO'd with 36,000,000 shares and have just added 40,000,000 shares to the registry. I haven't looked to whether they have done other capital raising though but couldn't find any details on that quickly.
