This is in relation to @Learner straw regarding SGI competitors.

I find the Blackwoods website search/filtering system quite frustrating.

I prefer to use other online platforms such as RS Aus, Element 14 or Digi-key for placing next day orders for fasteners, drill/machining components, and small electrical components.

If SGI can build a reliable online platform with decent search/filtering and provide short delivery lead times it goes a long way in retaining engineers & trades people.

SGI not held, but looking into it further.
