Wondering the premium member thoughts on whether VHT could become a takeover target for AI imaging?

They represent a very small fraction of PME (for example)  market cap and if a larger player such as PME wanted to expand the product offering this could be a strong acquisition. I just wonder if the recent deterioration in share price marks them as a target to others.

Thoughts ?
