Even though Amazon have only been in Australia for a short while, I believe as more consumers transition  to online shopping their is room for a number of players.

I dont believe winner takes all in this case, every company seems to need a nemesis.

Coke vs Pepsi

Afterpay vs ZIP

Visa vs Mastercard

Apple vs Microsoft and so on.

I'm happy to continue to hold Kogan, even though i expect volatility.
