It may seem harsh but I don't consider Kogan to be investable. This is due to the self-largesse of management and what I would regard as questionable accounting (in the classification of one-offs) to support that largess. There are plenty of other companies out there to choose from that don't have this issue. Thus I'm not inclined to consider a valuation but rather to simply look elsewhere.
