Announcement today thet the CFO & Company Secretary Leigh Davis has resigned, leaving on 3 November 2021. 3 months notice I guess suggests nothing untoward.

He's being replaced by Neville Joyce. A quick squiz at his LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/neville-joyce-962548108/?originalSubdomain=au) suggests he has some good experience (maybe more than Leigh - but I haven't been following the company long so I don't know how he's performed). 

Currently the CFO for RedFlex, I hadn't heard fo this company previously but it looks like it develops tech for cities to make them 'greener, safer and smarter'. Most of this seems to be raod safety related tech - camera's speed detection, some AI etc. There can probably be some parallels drawn to AVA, particularly from the CFO side of things.

Formerly Senior Commercial Manager for Energy Australia, prior to that was with Origin Energy, 2 years as CFO.

Announcement is not market sensitive, I'd agree.
